How do I place an order?

Once you’re ready, head to checkout, fill in your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

What is the average delivery time?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to two business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes three to five business days from dispatch. During peak seasons or sales events, delivery may take a little longer, but we will always keep you updated by email.

How can I check the status of my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives at your door.

What are the shipping charges?
We strive to keep shipping costs affordable and transparent. Our current shipping fees and any free-delivery thresholds are listed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Are there places where delivery is restricted?
At the moment, GraceKitchen delivers across the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally just yet, and certain remote postcodes may require additional delivery time. If you’re unsure about your area, please reach out to our team.

How can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery within the UK. All payments must be completed online at the time of checkout for a secure and hassle-free process.

Are multiple orders delivered at the same time?
If you place multiple orders close together, they may sometimes be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability and warehouse processing. However, whenever possible, we try to consolidate shipments to make things easier for you.
